The hotel offers free parking for guests. Guests staying in villas have their own covered parking spaces next to the villa itself.
Accommodation with pets up to 10 kg. is allowed in all Family Comfort villas, for an extra charge. The hotel provides water bowls and sanitary bags for pets.
Services
The hotel offers many free services. Some of them are: our mineral pools, sauna, two steam baths, kneip bench, fitness center. For the children we offer free animation and use of a children’s club and two outdoor playgrounds with facilities. In winter the hotel organizes free shuttles to the first station of the ski lift in Bansko, use of heated ski lockers.

The complex does not have an outdoor pool, but there are 2 outdoor jacuzzis with mineral water for individual or group use /up to 5 people in one jacuzzi/;

The complex offers an indoor mineral pool for adults with hydro-massage loungers and a water temperature of 30°C.

If you are a guest of the hotel, use of the pools is free of charge.
The children’s pool has mineral water and is suitable for ages 0 to 6. Its depth is 0.60 m.
For younger children up to 3 years of age, we require that a special waterproof diaper is worn when using the pool.
The pools are suitable for children and adults. For children there is a separate pool with mineral water and a depth of 0.60m.
Can be used by children aged 0 to 6 years.
The recommended length of stay in the pool for children is 15 minutes.
A special massage for children – Kung Fu Panda – is offered in the spa centre of the complex.
Restaurants and Dining
Breakfasts in the complex are buffet style if there are a minimum of 25 guests in our main Lavender restaurant. If there are fewer guests, you have a choice of a variety of set menu options. Complimentary beverages included with breakfast are: coffee, tea, juices, water.
A delicious lunch can be ordered on the A la carte menu in the main restaurant of the complex – Lavender, or in the smaller Italian restaurant – Pizzeria Il Forno.
Dinners in the complex are buffet style or an A la carte menu is available in our main restaurant Lavender. Block table can be arranged for a minimum of 25 guests. If there are fewer guests, you have a choice of various set menu options.
Many of the ingredients used to prepare the food are natural and purchased from local producers.
