LAVENDER restaurant is the main restaurant
in the Ruskovets Resort Hotel Complex
For the interior of the Lavender restaurant
The restaurant is elegant, executed in Alpine style, with natural wood and stone cladding.
In the restaurant hall there is a fireplace that delights with warmth and glare on cold winter days. Large panoramic windows reveal the extraordinary beauty of the Pirin Mountains in every season of the year.
In front of the restaurant there is a large outdoor terrace where tables and umbrellas are brought out in the summer. This is the favorite place for delicious food and drinks, where the pleasure of masterfully prepared food is combined with the enjoyment of the intoxicating view of the Pirin mountain peaks.
The Lavender restaurant has a capacity of up to 130 guests. Adjacent to the restaurant we have a small banquet hall which, depending on the arrangement, can be used by 20-25 guests for a private party.
An interesting solution in the restaurant hall is the open kitchen /show cooking/, which gives guests the opportunity to observe the entire process of food preparation until it is served on the table.
More about the cuisine of Lavender Restaurant
In the Lavender restaurant’s kitchen, we use natural products from the region – fresh meat and dairy products without preservatives, fruits and vegetables, sweet with wild strawberries, blueberries, aromatic mountain tea.
The drinks offered in the restaurant are in a wide range. The most preferred are the Bulgarian wines from the region, produced from local wine grape varieties grown on the sunny slopes of the southwestern region around Melnik and Sandanski.
At breakfast, you must serve mekiki, prepared according to grandmother Danka’s recipe from Dobrinishte. They tempt with their aroma even our strictest guests following low-calorie diets. Of course, the assortment variety is great, with over 100 assortments to meet the requirements of our guests with different taste preferences.
With more than 25 guests in the restaurant, we organize block tables for breakfast and dinner. We also offer an à la carte menu for those wishing to try something different from the restaurant’s cuisine.

About our guests
Our little guests are especially welcome in the restaurant. For them, we have a children’s menu, tailored to the peculiarities of children’s nutrition, but also to the preferences of children.
Especially tempting for children, but also for their parents, is the homemade chocolate Carpigiani and vanilla ice cream in a crunchy cone.
