General terms

• The e-voucher is valid for up to 6 months after purchase and can be used only once.
• If the value of the services used in the hotel is higher, then the guest can pay the difference.
• If the value of the services used in the hotel is lower, the difference cannot be returned. Prepaid amount should be absorbed in the hotel.
• The prepaid amount for the non-used vouched is non-refundable.
