The luxurious villa is built on 2 floors having a total area of 130 m2 and is for a maximum of 6 guests (4 adults and 2 children).

On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace, sofa, coffee table, kitchen and dining room for 4 adults and one or two children. Thanks to the large windows, there is always a generous amount of day light in the living room, which opens onto the spacious terrace with a green area.
– The kitchenette is equipped with everything necessary for your household: dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, mini-bar. Only in Villa Family Lux, guests can enjoy cooking using a ceramic hob and there is a washing machine too. Microwave oven can be provided for an extra charge.
– On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms, and one more bathroom with shower. Here is a balcony as well with a beautiful view to the mountain.

All the bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers.

Each villa has a ski stand and a ski boot dryer.
The air conditioning is completed using an air-to-air heat pump, which allows our guests to set the most suitable temperature both in winter and in summer.
An electronic access control system is available in the house along with a private parking spot.

– All apartments have constant internet access and cable TV.
