Description

The luxury villa has a total area of 131 sq. m. It is built on 2 floors and is for a maximum of 6 guests /4 adults and 2 children/.

On the first level is a large living room with fireplace, sofa, coffee table, kitchenette and dining area for 4 adults and one or two children. Generous light enters through the large panoramic windows, which open onto a spacious terrace and green lawn. There is cable TV and wireless internet.

The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for cooking: plates, glasses, cutlery, fridge and minibar. Only at Villa Familia Lux, guests can use the ceramic cooking hobs, washing machine and microwave.

On the first floor there is one bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms, another bathroom with shower and a terrace with beautiful mountain views.

Bathrooms are complete with a hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. Each chalet has a ski rack and ski boot dryer.

They have their own covered parking next to the villa.

Pets are not allowed.
