About the interior of Lavender Restaurant
The restaurant is elegant, Alpine-style, with natural wood and stone panelling. There is a fireplace in the restaurant hall, which delights with warmth and glare on cold winter days. Large panoramic windows reveal the extraordinary beauty of the Pirin Mountains in every season of the year.
There is a large outdoor terrace in front of the restaurant, where tables and umbrellas are brought out in summer. This is the favourite place for delicious food and drinks, where the pleasure of expertly prepared food is combined with the enjoyment of the intoxicating view of the Pirin peaks.
Lavender Restaurant can accommodate up to 130 guests. Next to the restaurant we have a small banquet hallwhich depending on the arrangement can be used by 20-25 guests for a private party. An interesting solution in the restaurant hall is the open kitchen /cooking show/, which allows guests to watch the entire process of food preparation until it is served on the table.
For the kitchen
In the kitchen of the restaurants we use natural products from the region – fresh meats and dairy products without preservatives, fruits and vegetables, jams with wild strawberries, blueberries, aromatic mountain tea.
Drinks offered in the restaurant are in a wide range. Most popular are the Bulgarian wines of the region, produced from local grape varieties grown on the sunny slopes of the southwestern region around Melnik and Sandanski.
For breakfast we serve mekici, prepared according to the recipe of grandmother Danka from Dobrinishte. They tempt with their aroma even our strictest guests following low-calorie diets. Of course, the assortment variety is large, with over 100 assortments to meet the requirements of our guests with different taste preferences.
For more than 25 guests in the restaurant, we organize buffet breakfast and dinner. We also offer an a la carte menu for those wishing to try something different from the restaurant’s cuisine.
