One of the most attractive and memorable programs at Ruskovets Resort is the culinary teambuilding. Under the guidance of our head chef, your team will take on the role of true masters – cooking, competing and sharing the joy of home-cooked food.

After brief instructions and role assignments, each participant puts on an apron and stands in the kitchen. Teams prepare salads, starters, main courses and desserts, and must show creativity, precision and work in sync. This program not only provokes the artistic side of the participants, but it also mirrors the relationships within the team – who takes the lead, who can help, and who is strong in the details.

Culinary team building is suitable for groups of up to 45-50 people and usually takes place before lunch. The price per participant starts from 55 BGN (28,12 €), the menu is specified in advance according to your preferences.

Ruskovets is a popular place for team building. We host corporate events every year and our experience is very great. We are one of the preferred hotels with conference rooms in the region and you can be sure that we will treat you and your employees responsibly and seriously.

The conference room in the hotel is equipped with chairs and professional equipment – multimedia, screen and flipchart. Everything you need for training and presentations.
Of course, we have no problem adding or removing people from the pre-submitted list. It is important to clarify that if you want to add people, the hotel may not be able to accommodate them if it is fully booked for the period. If the number of participants decreases, you should also let us know well in advance. It is important that you read our cancellation policy, which sets out all the terms and conditions.
