SPA Etiquette
In order to provide you with an environment conducive to a complete spa and wellness experience, we ask our Guests to observe the generally accepted rules during their spa vacation.
- No unaccompanied children under the age of 14 are allowed in the pool area.
- Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the wellness area or the fitness room.
- Guests who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or intoxicating substances are not allowed on the territory of the wellness area and the outdoor and indoor hot mineral water pools.
- It is mandatory to take a shower before and after using the pool, sauna and steam bath.
- The thermal area is entered with a bathing suit, slippers and tied hair or swimming cap.
- Jumping into the pool and running throughout the thermal area are strictly prohibited!
- Ball games are prohibited in the thermal area!
- Entry of small children into the pool, only with swimming trunks and a diaper for the pool.
- It is compulsory to turn off the sound of phones and other mobile devices in the wellness area and swimming pool to avoid disturbing the peace of other guests.
- No food, alcohol or glass or porcelain containers are allowed in the pool or wellness area.
- The thermal area is not recommended for use by pregnant women, people with cardiovascular diseases or high blood pressure.
In the event of non-compliance with the above rules, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse access to the spa area and swimming pools without compensation.
