Guaranteeing a reservation

Guaranteed prepayment is required for all online bookings.

The reservation is successful when you receive confirmation of:

  • successfully completed reservation as parameters and
  • an amount successfully withdrawn from your credit or debit card to prepay the required deposit.

If you have entered your card details incorrectly, your card balance is insufficient or there is a technical problem that prevents the required amount from being withdrawn, the booking will be deemed invalid.

Please make sure that you have received confirmation that the booking transaction is correct.

Online booking policy

Prepayment of the reservation

Prepayment of reservations is made entirely by bank transfer, using valid personal credit or debit cards.

  • The hotel accepts Visa and MasterCard.
  • The reservation amounts are withdrawn in Bulgarian leva and the conversion is at the fixed exchange rate of BNB 1 euro = 1,95583 BGN. / BGN.
  • Payment via virtual POS is a purely banking operation that guarantees the security of your data.

Types of reservations according to prepayment policy

3.1. Standard reservation

  • A guarantee prepayment of the first night is required for standard bookings, and the balance is payable at the hotel reception upon check-in.

3.2.Reservation with non-refundable deposit policy / non-refundable rate/ .

  • This type of booking gives an additional discount on the price according to the offer, but full 100% prepayment of the booking amount is required.

In this case, the withdrawn guarantee amount for the reservation will not be refunded to the customer in case of cancellation.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please read the Hotel’s cancellation policy carefully:

  • For standard bookings, cancellation is subject to a 100% refund of the prepaid security deposit if the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the check-in date.
  • For special periods during the year, such as the Christmas and New Year holidays, the cancellation period with 100% refund of the deposit is a minimum of 30 days.
  • If you have not complied with the required deadline for notifying the Hotel that you wish to cancel your reservation, the Hotel reserves the right to retain the prepaid deposit.
  • The correspondence exchanged between the customer and the Hotel must be in writing, whereby the Hotel notifies the bank to refund the amount previously withdrawn from the customer’s card. The customer must inform the Hotel to which bank account the refund is to be made.
    In case of no-show of the client, the prepaid deposit will be 100% deducted from the Hotel.

Check-in and check-out:

  • Check-in at Ruskovets Thermal Resort is after 15:00 and check-out is no later than 12:00.
  • If you plan to check in later, please inform us.
  • Later check-out of the apartment or villa is only possible after prior agreement and confirmation from reception.
  • If check-out is before 16:00, 50% of the nightly rate will be charged and if check-out is later, 1 full night will be charged.
  • If you interrupt the stay period earlier than the booked stay, you will be charged a penalty of one additional night, in addition to the payment of the actual days used.

General conditions

  • An online booking confirmed via the booking form is considered confirmed.
