The package prices are in EUR, per night, for an apartment or villa, with a minimum stay of 2 nights, and include:

• Accommodation with rich and delicious breakfast and dinner in the selected room type.
• Complimentary from the Hotel in the room, according to the number of regular beds:

– daily free refill of tea and instant coffee;

– one-time filling with bottled water and coffee capsules;

– microwave oven – delivered to the room upon request.

• Indoor mineral pool for adults with hydro massage beds and water temperature of 30°C. Indoor children’s mineral pool with a water temperature of 33°C
• Free SPA area – aroma and salt steam baths, sauna, and Kneipp bench
• Air conditioning and safe in the apartments and villas

• Tourist tax of 61 EUR per tourist per night. It is obligatory to be paid at the Reception

• Shuttle bus to/from first Gondola station in Bansko /on schedule/.

Free of charge for children:

• Children’s club with a special program and a professional animator for children from 3 to 8 years old /from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m./

• Dog-friendly Ruskovets: accommodation for pets up to 10 kg. is allowed only in the villas, with an additional payment of EUR 20/night

Bed and breakfast policy for an extra bed:

• One child aged 0 – 3.99 stays for free on an extra bed
• Second child from 0 to 3.99 years old, accommodated in a baby cot, pays EUR 8 extra/night for all room types
• Second child from 4 to 11.99 years old on an extra bed in a Family Comfort villa 8 pays EUR 20/night extra
• Fifth adult on an extra bed in Villa Familia Comfort pays 75% of the price of an adult on a regular bed

Cancellation policy:

Period 1.12.2023 -22.12.2024; 05.01 –06.04.2025

• After confirmation of reservation the advance payment of 1 night is required.
• In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation up to 7 days before the check-in date – without penalty
• In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation less than 7 days before the check-in date – the amount for 1 full night for the reserved room is deducted

Period 2.01 – 4.01.2025

• After confirmation of reservation the advance payment of 1 night is required. The rest of the payment till the full amount – 14 days before arrival
• In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date – the amount for 1 full night for the reserved room is deducted
• In case of earlier departure than the requested stay – the amount for 1 full night is deducted.

Cancellation or reservation modification must be made in writing and confirmed in writing by the hotel

The hotel reserves the right to change prices during public holidays and periods with special offers.
