The package prices are in EUR, for apartment or villa per night, at min. 3 nights and include:

• Accommodation with rich and delicious breakfasts and dinners in the selected room type.
• Complimentary from the Hotel in the room, according to the number of regular beds:

– daily free refill of tea and instant coffee;

– one-time filling with bottled water and coffee capsules;

– microwave oven – delivered to the room upon request.

• Indoor mineral pool for adults with hydro massage beds and water temperature 30°C. Indoor children’s mineral pool with a water temperature of 33°C
• Free SPA area – aroma and salt steam baths, sauna and kneipp bench
• Air conditioning and safe in the apartments and villas
• Ski boots drying cabinet in each villa
• Fireplace in each villa

The price does not include:

• Tourist tax of 61 EUR per tourist per night. It is obligatory to be paid at the Reception

 CHRISTMAS PROGRAM AND DINNER

• 16:00 – 20:00, in the lobby of the hotel we will welcome Santa Claus and there will be a festive animation program for children from 3 to 11,99 years old.
• 19:30 – 23:00, in the Lavender restaurant we will organize a festive Christmas dinner with a DJ and folklore program. The dinner will be on a rich buffet table.

 Free for children:

• Children’s club with a special program and a professional animator for children from 3 to 8 years old /from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m./
• Possibility to use the children’s club with accompanying parents until 9:00 p.m.
• Electronic Games Room – Free Playstation Games

Baby time Ruskovets program:

 Additional services, on request:

• Supplement for one filling of the fireplace, in villas – EUR 13
• Use of outdoor jacuzzi with mineral water, up to 4 guests:
  • For 1 hour – EUR 25.
  • For 2 hours – EUR 43.
• Dog-friendly Ruskovets: accommodation for pets up to 10 kg. is allowed only in the villas, with an additional payment of EUR 20/night

Cancellation policy:

• For the Christmas period – the cancellation deadline for a full refund of the deposit is at least 14 days before the check-in date.
• In case of cancellation or change of reservation less than 14 days before the check-in date for the Christmas period – the guest owes a penalty in the amount of 50% of the amount for the reserved room.
• In case of an earlier departure than the requested stay, the full amount of the reservation will be charged
• Cancellation or change of reservation must be made in writing and must be confirmed in writing by the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to change prices during public holidays and periods with special offers.
