Yokoso translates from Japanese as “welcome” and is a combination of a warm compress with essential oils applied to the feet and stimulation of reflex points on the feet through light pressure. In this way, the body relaxes, key acupuncture points on the feet are warmed up, which in turn send signals to the organs in the human body.
