This month <a href=\"https:\/\/ruskovets.com\/en\/restaurants\/\">Ruskovets Thermal Spa Resort 4*<\/a> offers you several delicious delights:<\/p>\n<p><strong>CREAM SOUP WITH THYME<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>What do you need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pumpkin &#8211; 600 g.<\/p>\n<p>Potatoes \u2013 250 g (2 pcs. medium-sized)<\/p>\n<p>Carrots (medium) \u2013 1 pc.,<\/p>\n<p>Onion &#8211; 1 pc.<\/p>\n<p>Fresh thyme &#8211; 3-4 sprigs (if dry &#8211; a few pinches),<\/p>\n<p>Water &#8211; 700 ml<\/p>\n<p>Cooking cream 10% &#8211; 200 ml.,<\/p>\n<p>Cow butter &#8211; 2 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Salt to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Croutons, ham &#8211; to serve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to prepare:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Put the diced pumpkin, potatoes, carrots, and onions in a pot. Pour 700 ml of water. Let it boil, add salt, put thyme sprigs, cook until the vegetables are ready.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the cooked vegetables with broth into a blender (at the same time, do not forget to remove and discard the thyme stalks), puree until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the puree into a saucepan, add the cream, put the butter, mix. If you want to your taste, add salt and a little more fresh thyme. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring constantly. Remove the soup from the heat, serve with croutons and ham.<\/p>\n<p>While the soup is cooking, prepare croutons: cut the bread into cubes, put in a pan on baking paper, add salt, sprinkle with olive oil, bake at 180 g &#8211; 10 minutes.<strong><\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>Pumpkin cream soup with apple and curry<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>pumpkin &#8211; 500 g<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>potatoes &#8211; 1 pc.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>garlic &#8211; 2 cloves<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>onion &#8211; 1 pc<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>apples &#8211; 1 pc.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>thyme &#8211; 2 sprigs<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>curry &#8211; 1\/2 tsp.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>water &#8211; 600 ml.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>olive oil &#8211; 1 tablespoon<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>salt<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>pepper<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h3><strong>PREPARATION STEPS:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h5><strong>A great, light and colorful soup. Quickly prepare a healthy and delicious soup to eat. Thanks to apples, even children enjoy eating it.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Pour olive oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom and fry the onion.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Add the potatoes, garlic and squash. Fry everything for 5 minutes on high heat, add the thyme, finally pour water, add salt and pepper, bring to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes and pumpkins are ready.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>While the soup is boiling, peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Fry separately in a pan with a little oil, sprinkle with curry, salt and pepper.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>The soup is removed from the heat, pureed with a blender and returned to the heat for 2-3 minutes.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Pour into plates, add apples and garnish with thyme.
