Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child on a non-sofa bed, in the living room.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The bedroom<\/strong> can have a king-size bed or twin beds, depending on guests&#8217; preferences. There are also 2 bedside tables and a wardrobe with a built-in safe. A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>The spacious living room with kitchenette and fireplace<\/strong> creates a unique coziness in the cold winter days. The living room has an LCD TV and cable TV, there is permanent access to free wireless internet, a kitchenette with plates, cups and cutlery, a coffee machine, a kettle and a minibar. A microwave is available upon request at no extra charge. The one-bedroom Comfort Villa has a <strong>bathroom with bath, shower<\/strong> and toilet, and a <strong>second en-suite toilet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The bedroom and living room have access to <strong>a terrace<\/strong> with spectacular mountain views.<\/p>\n\n<p>Each chalet also has a <strong>ski rack,<\/strong> ski boot <strong>dryer<\/strong>, air conditioning.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Pets are allowed<\/strong> in this type of cottage.<br\/>There is a charge of BGN 40 per night for pets up to 10 kg. Large pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Guests must mention in their reservation that they will be bringing a pet. The common park areas in the complex, excluding the hotel building, the restaurants and the spa, are a permitted walking area.
