The package prices are in EUR, for an apartment or villa, with a requirement for a minimum stay of 2 or 5 nights and include:

• Accommodation with rich and delicious breakfasts and dinners in the selected room type up to the number of beds indicated in the table.
• Indoor mineral pool for adults with hydro massage beds and water temperature 30°C. Indoor children’s mineral pool with a water temperature of 33°C

• Air conditioning and safe in the apartments and villas
• Ski boots drying cabinet in each villa
• Fireplace in each villa
• Fitness center with TechnoGym equipment and a wonderful view of the Pirin Mountain

• Free heated ski storage for owned and rented ski equipment in the hotel
• Shuttle bus to / from first Gondola station in Bansko /on schedule/.

The price does not include:

• Tourist tax of 0.61 EUR per tourist per night. It is obligatory to be paid at the Reception

Supplement for dinner, per guest on extra bed is mandatory: per child 4 – 11.99 yo – 9€, per adult – 18 €

For skiers:

• Ski boots drying cabinet and fireplace in each villa
• Free heated ski storage for owned and rented ski equipment in the hotel
• Shuttle bus to / from first Gondola station in Bansko /on schedule/.

Free of charge for children:

• Children’s club with a special program and a professional animator for children from 3 to 8 years old /from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m./
• Possibility to use the children’s club with accompanying parents until 9:00 p.m.
• Baby time Ruskovets program:

Additional services, on request:

• Supplement for one filling of the fireplace, in villas – EUR 13
• Use of outdoor jacuzzi with mineral water, up to 5 guests:
  • For 1 hour – EUR 25.
  • For 2 hours – EUR 43.
• Dog friendly Ruskovets: accommodation for pets up to 10 kg. is allowed only in the villas, with additional payment of EUR 15/night

Bed and breakfast policy for an extra bed:

• One child aged 0 – 3.99 stays for free on an extra bed
• Second child from 0 to 3.99 years old, accommodated in a baby cot, pays EUR 6 extra/night for all room types
• Second child from 4 to 11.99 years old on an extra bed in a Family Comfort villa or a Lux villa pays EUR 15/night extra
• Fifth adult on an extra bed in Villa Familia Comfort or Villa Lux pays 50% of the price of an adult on a regular bed

Prepayment and Cancellation policy:

• The confirmed by the Hotel booking is guaranteed after the payment of the 1^st The final payment up to the full value is required to be made min. 7 days before check-in.
• In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation up to 7 days before the check-in date – without penalty.
• In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation less than 7 days before the check-in date – the amount for 1 full night for the reserved room is deducted.
• In case of earlier departure than the requested stay – the amount for 1 full night is deducted
• Cancellation or modification of reservation must be made in writing and must be confirmed in writing by the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to change prices during public holidays and periods with special offers.
