The package prices are in EUR, for an apartment or a villa per night, with a minimum of 3 nights and include:

• Tourist tax of 61 EUR per tourist per night. It is obligatory to be paid at the Reception

 FESTIVE NEW YEAR’S EVE:

• 8:00 p.m. – 02:00 a.m. – beginning of the festive evening with a musical-artistic program and a DJ in the Lavender restaurant
• 8:00 m. – 00:00 – for children from 4 – 11.99 years old, which we organize in a separate hall without parents. Professional animators and babysitters will take care of your child’s food, drinks and entertainment.
• 11:30m. – festive dawn with champagne and small bites on the open terrace of the complex

 Free of charge for children:

• Children’s club with a special program and a professional animator for children from 3 to 8 years old /from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m./

• Dog-friendly Ruskovets: accommodation for pets up to 10 kg. is allowed only in the villas, with an additional payment of EUR 15/night

Bed and breakfast policy for an extra bed:

• One child aged 0 – 3.99 stays for free on an extra bed
• Second child from 0 to 3.99 years old, accommodated in a baby cot, pays EUR 8 extra/night for all room types
• Second child from 4 to 11.99 years old on an extra bed in a Family Comfort villa pays EUR 20/night extra
• Fifth adult on an extra bed in Villa Familia Comfort pays 65% of the price of an adult on a regular bed

 Cancellation policy:

• For the New Year period – the deadline for cancellation for a full refund of the deposit is a minimum of 26 days before the check-in date.
• In case of cancellation or change of reservation less than 26 days before the arrival date for the New Year period – the guest owes a penalty of 50% of the amount for the reserved room.
• In case of an earlier departure than the requested stay, the full amount of the reservation will be charged
• Cancellation or reservation change must be made in writing and confirmed in writing by the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to change prices during public holidays and periods with special offers.
