The package prices are in EUR, per room, with a min. stay of 2 nights from Sunday to Tuesday, and they include:

• Accommodation with rich and delicious breakfasts and dinners for the guests on a regular bed, in the selected room type up to the number of regular beds specified in the table
• 10% discount at Don’t Give Up Amusement Park (ATV, horse riding, rope park, climbing an alpine wall)
• Indoor mineral pool for adults with hydromassage beds and water temperature 30°C. Indoor children’s mineral pool with a water temperature of 33°C. Free use of umbrellas and deckchairs on the outdoor panoramic terrace

The price does not include:

 Tourist tax in the amount of 0.61 EUR, per guest per night. It must be paid at the reception

Free of charge for children:

• Children’s club with a special program and a professional animator for children from 3 to 8 years old /from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m./
• Possibility to use the children’s club with accompanying parents until 9:00 p.m.

Additional services, on request:

• Use of outdoor Jacuzzis with mineral water, up to 5 guests in one Jacuzzi:

NEW! Each guest who paid for the use of the jacuzzi in the period 18.04.-6.07.2023 receives a one-time voucher worth BGN 10, which can be used for partial payment of one procedure at the Onsen Spa Center

• Dog friendly Ruskovets: accommodation for pets up to 10 kg. is allowed only in the villas, against an additional payment of BGN 30/night

 Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• A reservation confirmed by the Hotel is guaranteed with payment of 1 night. Additional payment up to the full value is made at least 7 days before check-in.
• Payment of the guarantee amount is up to 5 days after confirmation of the reservation.
• In case of cancellation or change of the reservation up to 7 days before the date of accommodation – without penalty.
• If the reservation is canceled or changed less than 7 days before the check-in date, the amount for 1 full night for the reserved room is deducted.
• In case of earlier departure than the requested stay – the amount for 1 full night is deducted

Cancellation or change of reservation must be made in writing and must be confirmed in writing by the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to change prices during public holidays and periods with special offers.
